Description
The Bullard fire fighting helmet is designed to provide maximum protection to firefighters. Its outer shell is made of ULTEM thermoplastic, which is highly resistant to heat and impact. The helmet also features a polycarbonate faceshield with anti-scratch coating to protect the face. The inner shell is made of Prevex material and has a Sure-Lock ratchet headband for a secure fit. The helmet also has a detachable inner crown with a polyphenylene oxide shell and a urethane foam impact liner. The chin strap and ear/neck protection are made of fire-resistant Nomex material. The helmet is reflective and has elastomer edging for added safety. It meets or exceeds NFPA 1971-2000, US-OSHA (NFPCA 1977), and all major state helmet codes. The Bullard fire fighting helmet comes with a two-year warranty.
