This 50 foot Clemco Supa blast hose has a 1-1/4” inner diameter (ID) and 1-7/8” outer diameter (OD). It’s rated at 175 psi working pressure and can be used with all common types of blast media. Supa blast hoses are lighter and more flexible than Clemco’s 2-braid and 4-ply hoses. The lightness, flexibility, and smaller OD of this hose makes it an excellent whip hose, which is easier to maneuver during blasting.

To ensure the fit of your blast hose, measuring is key. The ID of the blast hose (1-1/4”) should be 3-to-4 times the diameter of the nozzle orifice and your nozzle entry should also measure 1-1/4 inches.
